Video: Mindfulness: A metaphor with Jon Kabat-Zinn (5 minutes)
Hello! I realize that a primary concern may be, “How do I know this is the right therapist for me?”
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and finding the right therapist is essential for it to be successful. Whether you are an individual or a couple, we will work together using the tools and techniques most appropriate to improve the quality of your life.
I have over twenty years of experience treating anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder (BPD), interpersonal relationships, sleep issues, and substance abuse. I use multiple therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), to help you achieve the goals, insights, and mindfulness you seek.
For more information, please watch this brief video, read my FAQs, or browse my “resume” below. If you believe we’re a fit, please reach out to set an initial appointment.
